1) the seller had relocated to Utah; 2) the buyers (us) are from Virginia; 3) there was also a Relocation Company -- from Chicago, of course!; and 4) a small army of lawyers, inspectors, and appraisers (ours, theirs, the Relo Company's, the mortgage company's). Robin expertly guided the process, kept all the parts moving in the same direction, and kept us informed 300 miles away.
